Please Follow These Instructions Prior to Your Procedure

- For your safety, please make sure to make us aware of ANY and ALL medications and dosages, recreational drugs, and over-the-counter (OTC) medications that you are currently taking.
- Unless otherwise instructed by your medical professional, please continue your prescribed medication regimen as indicated.
- For safety, please make sure to make your medical provider aware of ANY and ALL past and current medical conditions, specifically bleeding, clotting disorders, healing difficulties, heart disease, heart murmurs, skin conditions, or the presence of any foreign object in your head.
- Please inform us of ANY and ALL known allergies and/or adverse reactions to medications.
- Please DO NOT CONSUME any Aspirin, Aspirin-containing, Bromide, Vitamin E, or Steroids substances prior to your procedure.
- Please DO NOT consume Alcohol, Caffeine (coffee, tea, soft drinks, energy drinks) for forty-eight (48) hours prior to your procedure.
- Please try NOT to perform any excessive physical activities and/or including heavy lifting, four (4) days prior to your procedure.
- On the morning of your procedure, please shampoo your hair thoroughly ensuring it is completely free of hair products (gel, hair spray, etc). Please remain aware that your hair must be thoroughly combed and free of braids, twists, wigs, extensions, and clips.
- We recommend wearing comfortable and easily removable clothing, specifically a button-down top (no pullovers or sweaters). You may wear a loose-fitting cap or scarf.
- Please ensure to eat a light breakfast or meal the day of your procedure, avoiding any caffeine or protein-containing drinks.
- Please make sure to arrange transportation or have someone accompany you, as you cannot drive immediately following your procedure.
