Primary septorhinoplasty
This patient had undergone multiple traumas to the nose after years in the military leading to collapse of nasal breathing and nasal deformity. Dr. Doshi performed a septorhinoplasty in order to restore breathing and contour.

Secondary septorhinoplasty after nasal trauma.
Nasal hump only slightly reduced as per request of patient. Scar at nasal bridge removed.

Quaternary (4th) Revision Rhinoplasty Using Rib Cartilage.
Patient had 3 previous unsuccessful rhinoplasty procedures with other surgeons without improvement of nasal shape (collapsed) and continued nasal obstruction. Nose including septum was entirely reconstructed using rib cartilage by Dr. Doshi.

This patient had multiple previous traumas to nose after years in the military. Her own septal cartilage was used to rebuild the nose, while improving the aesthetic contour.

Procedure:
Secondary septorhinoplasty
This patient had a nasal trauma and previous rhinoplasty done elsewhere leaving her with continues breathing issues an a twisted nose. A revision septorhinoplasty was performed by Dr. Doshi to return function and contour to her nose.
